PMC TechLife intellectual property

PMC TechLife names, logos, original website copy, design elements and original media may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights. Permission is required before reproducing or presenting them as your own.

Third-party brands and compatibility references

Third-party brand names, product names, model numbers and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

PMC TechLife is an independent retailer. A third-party name may be used to identify a product, describe compatibility or help customers find the correct item. This does not by itself indicate sponsorship, endorsement, authorised-dealer status or affiliation.

Fair and accurate use

When a third-party name is used, PMC TechLife aims to use only what is reasonably necessary to identify the product or compatibility, avoid altering the mark, and avoid implying an affiliation that does not exist.

Report an intellectual-property concern

A rights holder or authorised representative may email sales@pmctechlife.co.za with:

Name and contact details.
The intellectual-property right concerned.
The specific PMC TechLife URL or content.
Evidence of ownership or authority to act.
The action requested and supporting explanation.

We will acknowledge and assess a sufficiently detailed notice. Response time depends on the nature and complexity of the request.
