The hearing device is working good but there is a constant swish sound, like a fan blowing, in my ears that is really desturbing and hurting my ear when wearing it too long. Also, none of the plugs provided ro fit the devise in my ear seems to fit properly.

My hearing are pod with the hearing aid, but some frequencies are to load and there is no way to alter it. So it is set to the minimum to lower the frequency effect
